But, when we finally get to see it for real, it's hard to believe that it is even the same place. We have found that most travel films about Costa Rica are like that. The pictures that they paint are somehow---different than what it is like in real life.
After being bombarded with countless images that make your expectations soar, more often than not, once you finally visit the place in question it quickly becomes a letdown - because it's nothing like you previously saw on TV or in the photos.
